What is Foundations?

Foundations is a two part program designed to provide discipleship training for everyone. Whether you are a new Christian or have been following Jesus for decades, Foundations is designed to help you grow as a disciple who makes disciples. The goal of this training is to support and strengthen missional communities at Redeemer by providing equipping in gospel, community, and mission. Foundations is made up of two sections: Gospel Foundations and Discipleship Foundations.

Gospel Foundations - Fall Semester

A six week class designed to ground you in the story of God. From Genesis to Revelation, you will look at the big story of the bible culminating in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The class will be six consecutive weeks beginning September 29 and ending in November. All classes will take place from 4:00-5:30pm on Sunday at our building.

Discipleship Foundations - Spring semester

Discipleship Foundations is a 10 session course that is designed to equip you to learn and live the way of Jesus in the context of a DNA group (A DNA group is a gender-specific group of 3-5 people who regularly meet to learn the way of Jesus as they study and apply the scriptures). The class has been expanded to 10 sessions and is geared to not only teach but to train you to continue the process of discipleship with a DNA group. All sessions will take place from 4:00-5:30 pm on Sundays at Redeemer’s building. Learn more about Discipleship Foundations 2019.
