What is Foundations?
Foundations is a two part program designed to provide discipleship training for everyone. Whether you are a new Christian or have been following Jesus for decades, Foundations is designed to help you grow as a disciple who makes disciples. The goal of this training is to support and strengthen missional communities at Redeemer by providing equipping in gospel, community, and mission. Foundations is made up of two sections: Gospel Foundations and Discipleship Foundations.
Gospel Foundations - Fall Semester
A six week class designed to ground you in the story of God. From Genesis to Revelation, you will look at the big story of the bible culminating in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The class will be six consecutive weeks beginning in October and ending in November. All classes will take place from 4:00-5:30pm on Sunday at our building. Learn more about Gospel Foundations 2017.
Discipleship Foundations - Spring semester
Discipleship Foundations is a six session course designed to help followers of Jesus understand and life out the essentials of discipleship. In this course you will receive training that is foundational to growing as a disciple, while also learning to make disciples of others in your home, missional community, neighborhood, and workplace. The classes will take place once a month from January-June. In between classes will provide time for extended learning through reading, reflection, and assignments. All classes will take place from 4:00-5:30pm on Sunday at building. Learn more about Discipleship Foundations 2017.
